I have a very simple parenting hack for when I feel tense or a little anxious. Wanna know what it is?

Have your coffee/tea while it’s still hot. In a mug that inspires you.

Yeah, that’s it. That’s the hack.
As a new parent, having your coffee while it’s hot can sometimes feel like an enormous undertaking but it’s my simple form of self care. And with the current state of the country, 🗣I NEED MAJOR SELF CARE, OK?!

Plus, this @littleoddfellows mug is the perfect reminder for me to be present and speak life over everything.
